The Ergazomenos.gr is a typical example of building a new generation job search website, designed as an AI-driven job platform. It is a custom digital product, based on Laravel, aiming at automation, accuracy and meaningful connection of employees and employers through artificial intelligence.

The construction of the job search website was implemented entirely with custom architecture, adapted to the requirements of a complex matching system.
The platform features a separate UI for desktop and mobile, ensuring optimal user experience on every device and role (employee / employer).
AI & Automation
Artificial intelligence plays a central role at Ergazomenos.gr. An AI scraper was implemented, through which the user uploads their resume and the system automatically creates their professional profile.
At the same time, a complex matching algorithm was developed, which evaluates data from both sides, suggesting the most appropriate matches between employees and employers.
