The Petstreet19.gr is a modern e-commerce in the pet products industry, designed to serve both the end consumer and the increased demands of a highly competitive market. The goal of the project was to create a platform that combines commercial flexibility, smart navigation and automations that enhance performance.
Homepage Strategy & Promotional Actions
The homepage functions as a key sales tool. It was designed with dynamic discount banners, which are updated on a monthly basis, strategically supporting the respective commercial actions.
At the same time, a separate Monthly Deals logic was implemented, providing a stable reference point for offers and enhancing the repeatability of visits.
UX, Search & Navigation
The user experience is based on intelligent AI-powered search, which speeds up product discovery and reduces decision time.
Advanced filters per category allow the user to filter products accurately, even in high-volume categories.
The e-shop is bilingual, serving different audiences, while the overall structure remains clean and functional, regardless of catalog size.
Product Strategy & Cart Growth
Particular emphasis was placed on the organization of categorization and products, so that each item fits properly into the store's overall ecosystem.
Smart product suggestions and upsell techniques were implemented, which operate complementary to the core market. At the same time, automatic discounts and dynamic shipping were implemented, which adjust according to the quantity of products in the cart, boosting the average order value.
Checkout, Payments & Shipping
The checkout process was designed with clarity and speed in mind. Modern payment methods are supported, while shipping options are clear and reliable, with links to:

The user immediately knows the cost and available options, reducing the likelihood of cart abandonment.
