E-commerce & UX Optimization
The SmartCall.gr is a modern e-commerce project designed with ease of navigation, smart product search and maximizing commercial efficiency in mind. Our goal was to create a platform that does not just function as a product catalog, but as a "smart" shopping system that guides the user to the right choice.
UX & Navigation
The user experience is based on intelligent AI search, which understands the visitor's intentions and instantly returns the most relevant results. At the same time, we implemented complex filters by category, allowing the user to quickly narrow down their choices based on technical features and usage needs.
The platform is bilingual, serving both Greek and English-speaking audiences, while the overall structure is designed to remain clean and functional, even with a large volume of products.
Product Strategy & Upselling
Particular emphasis was placed on the organization of categorization and products, so that each item fits properly into the e-shop ecosystem.
We implemented smart product recommendations, as well as upsell techniques, which work complementary to the core market, increasing the average cart value without disrupting the user experience.
Checkout, Payments & Shipping
The checkout process was designed with simplicity and reliability in mind. We implemented modern payment methods, as well as clear shipping options, with links to:

The user knows the cost and delivery method early on, reducing friction points and abandoned carts.

SmartCall.gr is fully interconnected with the main product promotion channels. We created and optimized:

- Meta XML
- Skroutz XML
In this way, correct reading of products from each platform, data consistency and optimal performance of advertising campaigns are ensured.
